Membership meetings are held twice a year, during the spring and the fall. Since COVID-19, meetings and conferences are, when possible, also held virtually via a live-stream on the OAC YouTube channel, and concurrently through the OAC Zoom account (for members in good standing).

Register for the Membership Meeting
By registering for the OAC membership meeting, you provide the OAC with an estimated head-count for the membership meeting. This allows the OAC officers and trustees to accurately assess the amount of seating, catering (e.g. donuts and coffee), and future venue reservations necessary for meetings.
If you plan to watch the meeting at a later date or attend virtually (via Zoom or YouTube), then you do not need to register.
